About the role
The Management Trainee Officer – Finance will join the Finance Department to gain hands‑on experience across core finance functions. This structured programme combines on‑the‑job learning with formal training, allowing the trainee to develop a solid foundation in financial reporting, budgeting, and related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and analysing financial reports.
- Support the budgeting process and cost‑analysis activities.
- Participate in treasury operations, including cash management.
- Help with taxation compliance and related documentation.
- Contribute to regulatory and internal compliance tasks.
- Engage in continuous learning through scheduled training sessions and practical assignments.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (fresh graduate) seeking a finance career.
- Up to one year of internship or work experience, preferably in the textile industry.
- Strong interest in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
