About the role

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational training program covering operations, management, and customer service.
• Assist with day‑to‑day tasks to understand company procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate on projects, contribute to departmental goals, and prepare analytical reports.
• Shadow experienced managers and attend workshops to deepen business knowledge.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
