Management Trainee - Sales

About the role

The Management Trainee – Sales program provides fresh graduates with structured training to develop a solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, lead generation, and business development. You will gain hands‑on experience while building communication and negotiation skills to contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
