Manager - Brand Communications & Strategy

About the role

Nexera, a growing engineering and technology group, is expanding its marketing function and seeks a leader to own brand communications, messaging, and creative direction for lead generation, brand awareness, and recruitment campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define campaign concepts, messages, and creative approaches for lead generation, brand awareness, and recruitment funnels.
• Translate strategy into briefs for designers, copywriters, animators, and video editors and plan roll‑out across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email and other channels.
• Own all outbound messaging, voice, and standards for ads, social posts, videos, landing pages and recruitment content.
• Develop offers, messaging and calls‑to‑action aligned with customer pain points and recruitment value propositions.
• Review creative work, manage briefs, workflows and deadlines to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Measure engagement, creative performance, landing‑page conversion and applicant quality; conduct A/B tests and present insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years in marketing, creative strategy, campaign management or brand communications.
• Proven track record taking campaigns from concept to delivery with measurable results.
• Strong grasp of copywriting, audience targeting and advertising psychology.
• Experience directing designers, copywriters, video editors or other creative professionals.
• Fluency with digital channels and analytics to brief creative work and evaluate outcomes.
