Manager, Budgeting & Reporting

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Manager of Budgeting & Reporting to lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting functions for its agency and GroupM partners across the APAC region. The role will act as a trusted business partner, ensuring accurate and timely financial information supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and rolling monthly forecasts for assigned agencies and GroupM.
• Produce and present financial reports and analyses using Power BI and Microsoft Office tools to local and regional management.
• Perform month‑end closing, ensure timely submission of financial statements to regional offices.
• Liaise with the regional finance team on reporting matters and provide interpretation of financial data to senior management.
• Analyse agency financial performance, identify margin improvement opportunities and advise on resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting within a media or agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
