Manager, Carrier Accounts

About the role

The Manager Carrier Accounts will lead the fixed‑data segment within JazzWorld’s Carrier and International Business team. Reporting to the Unit Head, the incumbent will drive revenue growth, acquire new business, and ensure seamless project delivery for local and international fixed network services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue targets and increase market share for fixed‑business services.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies targeting operators, carriers, ISPs, and FTTH providers.
• Conduct frequent customer visits, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Coordinate project delivery with internal and external stakeholders to meet service‑level commitments.
• Recover payments within defined thresholds and ensure accurate posting.
• Maintain and enhance long‑term business relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with at least 8 years of relevant telecom or ISP experience, preferably in sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of carrier markets (local and international) and related regulatory frameworks.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of Fixed Networks (local and international).
• Experience in pre‑sale activities and solution design.
