About the role

The Manager Centralized Account Opening & Term Deposit leads the centralized processing of term deposit account openings, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely onboarding. The role works closely with branches, internal teams and customers to resolve issues and continuously improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the centralized processing of term deposit account openings, guaranteeing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee documentation verification and adherence to KYC, AML and other regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with branches, internal teams and customers to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics, turnaround time and quality standards for the account opening team.
• Prepare reports, MIS and analysis for management review.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Mentor and guide team members to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in centralized operations or a term‑deposit unit.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, especially term‑deposit account opening.
