Manager – Coding Audit & Training

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Manager to lead coding audit and training initiatives across our revenue cycle. The role ensures coding accuracy, compliance, and billing integrity while driving continuous improvement in clinical documentation and coding performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical coding before claim submission to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Identify coding discrepancies, analyse error patterns and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and dashboards, communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Provide structured feedback to coding teams and monitor implementation of improvements.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance coding knowledge and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, regulatory standards and updated compliance policies.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve documentation quality and coding specificity.
• Develop and standardise audit methodologies, tools and processes.
• Detect potential fraud, waste and abuse, supporting preventive measures.
• Track coding quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
