Manager Finance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Manager Finance to support our growing finance team. In this role you will assist with day‑to‑day financial operations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely financial data across the business. The position offers a fast‑paced environment to develop hands‑on expertise in accounting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance within Pakistan’s financial context.

Key responsibilities

• Management Reporting – prepare insightful reports that help drive business decisions.
• Cashflow Management – monitor and forecast liquidity to keep cashflow on track.
• Complex Accounting – act as the go‑to expert for the accounts team on tricky accounting treatments.
• Financial Analysis – deliver ad‑hoc analysis and deep dives as requested by senior management.
• Liaison with External Auditors – lead coordination with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
• Tax Support – collaborate with the tax team to provide accurate data and documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification (ACCA/CA Finalist) with articles from a reputable firm.
• Proven experience in management reporting and leading external audits.
• Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge finance and management.
