Manager Financial Reporting

About the role

The Manager Financial Reporting leads the financial accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while supporting the company's financial health. This senior position combines strategic FP&A insight with hands‑on accounting oversight, operating on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with precision.
• Design and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and deliver FP&A insights to senior leadership.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes for efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, currently in a managerial role.
• Master’s degree in Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, ICMA, or CA finalist).
• Proven team‑leadership abilities with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work the night shift (08:00 PM – 05:00 AM US time).
