Manager Monitoring & Evaluation

About the role

The Manager Monitoring & Evaluation will lead the systematic tracking of project performance, ensuring that all activities meet established standards and donor requirements. This full‑time position involves frequent intercity travel to conduct field assessments and provide on‑site oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for project evaluation.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess project performance.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and partner/donor requirements.
• Identify risks and report them promptly.
• Prepare monitoring reports and share findings with stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Public Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, including field exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple monitoring activities.
