About the role

Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) is looking for a proactive recruitment leader to drive talent acquisition across technical, corporate and leadership functions. The role will oversee end‑to‑end hiring, strategic headhunting and talent pipeline management for the energy and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
• Drive proactive headhunting, talent mapping and strategic sourcing for permanent and contractual positions.
• Manage internal talent pipelines, succession‑linked hiring and career mobility opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to design hiring strategies and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting operations, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency and reporting compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 14 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a recruitment leadership role, preferably in energy, engineering or industrial sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and team‑leadership capabilities.
• Experience designing and conducting psychometric assessments and assessment centres.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or a comparable ATS.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Certification and practical experience in psychometric assessments.
