About the role
We are seeking dynamic managers, supervisors and processors to support a range of multi‑function banking activities. The role involves handling client onboarding, real‑time gross settlement (RTGS) payments, bulk transfers, ATM and cheque‑book processing, as well as ongoing account maintenance and amendments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate client onboarding processes to ensure smooth account activation.
- Process RTGS payments and manage bulk transfer operations.
- Oversee ATM and cheque‑book processing workflows.
- Maintain and amend customer account information accurately.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet service level agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a finance background is preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, customer service, data processing or tax compliance processing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
