Market Research Recruiter Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Market Research Recruiter Team Lead to head our recruitment function for research studies. Based in Bahria Town, Lahore, you will lead a team of recruiters, manage end‑to‑end sourcing projects and ensure high‑quality participant delivery for both qualitative and quantitative research.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of market research recruiters.
• Plan, execute and monitor recruitment projects from start to finish.
• Design and apply effective sourcing strategies for qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Track team performance, meet project deadlines and report progress to management.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that recruited respondents meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify recruitment needs.
• Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates.
• Train and onboard new recruiters as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a market research recruitment team.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative recruitment methodologies.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a recruitment team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with recruitment tracking tools.
