Marketing and Brand Experience Executive

About the role

This role covers end-to-end management of social media and brand content, performance tracking and reporting, and support for email campaigns and website experience. It works closely with internal design, marketing and growth teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including content strategy, planning, creation, scheduling and performance optimization.
• Track performance and report monthly, with clear recommendations for growth and optimization.
• Write high-impact content for marketing, sales, brand narratives, website pages and email campaigns.
• Audit website UI/UX, prepare structured QA reports and work with designers and developers to improve user experience.
• Support and optimize full-cycle email campaigns, from content creation to setup and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and growth teams on content ideation, campaign planning and execution.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behavior and digital best practices.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in copywriting and brand storytelling.
• Creative thinking and strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Analytics and tracking tools: GA, GTM, Google Search Console, CRM platforms and social media analytics tools.
• Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
