SEO & Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

A growing company is hiring a full-time, on-site SEO and Social Media Marketing Specialist in Islamabad to strengthen its online presence, increase website traffic and grow its brand through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• SEO: conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO, optimize content, landing pages, URLs and metadata, monitor traffic and rankings, manage link-building and stay up to date with Google algorithm changes.
• Social media: manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts; create posts, reels, stories and videos; run monthly content calendars; develop campaigns to raise brand awareness and audience reach; analyze insights and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and social media marketing.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Strong communication, creativity and analytical skills, and ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Keyword research and website optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• Basic graphic design and Canva skills.
• Preferred: Facebook and Instagram Ads, Google Ads and PPC, local SEO and Google Business Profile, basic HTML/CSS, video editing.
