Marketing and Outreach Officer (EdTech & LMS)

About the role

Aqovia is seeking a proactive Marketing and Outreach Officer to champion the adoption of its AI‑powered Learning Management System across Pakistan. You will act as the primary ambassador for the platform, engaging with ministries, education officials, schools, parents and teachers to embed the solution into the national education ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Ministry representatives and District Education Officers to secure endorsements and policy alignment.
• Translate complex AI performance data into clear impact stories and executive briefs.
• Design and execute regional workshops, roadshows and field campaigns in urban and rural areas.
• Build trust with parents and school committees using accessible tools such as WhatsApp and locally‑relevant narratives.
• Develop localized messaging in Urdu and regional dialects that positions AI features as supportive digital assistants.
• Launch recognition programmes (e.g., “Champion Teacher”) to incentivise consistent platform usage.
• Create multimedia success stories that highlight tangible benefits for students and teachers.
• Promote connectivity‑focused campaigns emphasizing offline functionality and data‑saving features.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in community engagement and stakeholder management within the education sector.
• Ability to navigate policy frameworks and work with government officials.
• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying technical data for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in Urdu and familiarity with regional dialects.
• Experience designing and delivering outreach programmes in both urban and rural settings.
