Marketing Assistant

About the role

Navigator HR is looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in Lahore. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in campaign execution, event coordination and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate events, promotional materials and advertising initiatives with the marketing team.
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports and questionnaires.
• Provide daily administrative support to the marketing department.
• Help organise marketing projects and attend company events as required.
• Compile and analyse reports to inform marketing strategies.
• Maintain and update the company database and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn, professional drive and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of marketing techniques and strategies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
