Marketing & Business Development Manager – International Services (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead our international services sales efforts from our Islamabad office. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, managing a cold‑calling team, and driving growth for accounting, tax, and corporate advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the cold‑calling and lead generation team.
• Develop and implement strategies to create new business opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure sales targets are met.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify market opportunities within the UAE.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations as needed.
• Train, motivate, and conduct regular performance reviews for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in international services sales, preferably in accounting, taxation, business setup or audit.
• Proven experience managing cold‑calling or telesales teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales processes.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
