Marketing & Communications Supervisor

About the role

EnergyLIB is seeking a Marketing & Communications Supervisor to drive its growth in Pakistan. Working closely with global marketing, local sales teams and partners, you will translate global strategies into effective local campaigns and activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and localise global marketing strategies, campaigns and content for the Pakistani market.
• Support new product launches and market‑entry initiatives, turning technical features into clear customer messages.
• Create and adapt customer‑facing materials such as websites, social media posts, brochures, presentations and point‑of‑sale tools.
• Manage local PR efforts, including media relations, press releases, KOL engagement and product reviews.
• Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows and dealer events, handling logistics, booth preparation and on‑site execution.
• Oversee agencies, vendors and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, agency work or product marketing.
• Proven ability to manage marketing projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Understanding of integrated marketing across content, digital, events and partner channels.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with solid project‑management capabilities in a fast‑moving international environment.
