Marketing Coordinator & Client Success Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator & Client Success Specialist to drive both marketing initiatives and client delivery. Working remotely, you will translate strategy into action, keep projects on track, and ensure clear communication between leadership, clients, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and publish LinkedIn posts, blog articles, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars, format and schedule content, and support referral, podcast, and business development efforts.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items for client engagements.
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow‑up communications; deliver weekly client progress updates.
• Organize project documentation, trackers, and digital assets; monitor progress and raise risks proactively.
• Support leadership with project organization, reporting, and process improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client success, account management, project or marketing coordination, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and solve problems proactively.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to follow‑through.
