Marketing Data Analyst (Python)

About the role

Flatgigs is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst (Python) in Karachi to turn marketing and customer data into actionable insights. The analyst will analyse campaign performance, automate reporting, build dashboards and find ways to improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The role needs strong analytical skills, Python and SQL proficiency, and experience with digital marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse marketing campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email and other channels
• Develop automated reports and dashboards using Python, SQL and BI tools
• Extract, clean and transform large datasets from multiple sources
• Measure KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, LTV, retention and churn
• Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis, and build marketing attribution models
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to campaign performance
• Collaborate with marketing, product and business teams to support data-driven decisions
• Automate recurring reports and data pipelines with Python, and ensure data quality and integrity

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence
• Experience with ETL processes and data cleaning
