Marketing Executive (On‑Camera Talent & Content Creator)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive who will be the charismatic face of our brand on social platforms. In this hybrid role you will combine data‑driven marketing insight with on‑camera talent to produce short‑form video content that drives engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary on‑camera host and spokesperson, presenting products and company culture authentically.
• Concept, film, and edit high‑quality vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that align with brand voice and current trends.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to boost engagement, grow followers, and support product launches.
• Engage with the audience through comments, direct messages, and live sessions to build community.
• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and refine strategy based on analytics.
• Spot emerging audio, effects, and formats to keep content ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• Comfortable and charismatic on camera with natural on‑screen presence.
• Ability to balance entertaining content with sales‑focused messaging.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms and best practices.

Required skills

• Video shooting and editing using CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Basic lighting, audio, and framing techniques.
• Social‑media analytics and KPI tracking.
• Meta Ads Manager for paid social (nice‑to‑have).
• Graphic design basics with Canva or Photoshop (nice‑to‑have).
