Marketing Manager (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

10Pearls is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling and act as the primary brand ambassador. This position works the afternoon shift and focuses on shaping the company’s narrative, driving visibility, and translating technical expertise into compelling client‑focused messages.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and maintain 10Pearls’ brand identity and voice across all channels.
• Position the firm as a trusted innovation partner through storytelling, thought leadership, and impact‑driven content.
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy covering digital, content, events, and partnerships to support lead generation, talent acquisition, and brand equity.
• Represent 10Pearls at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing, creative, content, and design teams to plan campaigns, track performance, and produce high‑quality assets.
• Work with business‑development and client teams to create proposal content, case studies, and success stories.
• Ensure the website and digital platforms clearly communicate the brand story, capabilities, and differentiators.
• Track and report key marketing KPIs (ROI, funnel performance, engagement) to guide strategy.
• Monitor market and industry trends to identify positioning opportunities.
• Mentor and guide marketing team members, fostering creativity and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic marketing, preferably within agencies, MNCs, or the tech industry.
• Strong storytelling ability and brand‑building expertise.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Leadership experience to mentor and develop junior marketers.
