Marketing Manager – B2B Healthcare Services

About the role

Health & Virtuals is building a marketing function to promote its virtual healthcare support services to US physician‑owned practices and other healthcare providers. The Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution, focusing on B2B lead generation, brand positioning, and compliant communication within the US healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy targeting US healthcare practices, emphasizing cost efficiency, reliability and operational support.
• Plan, launch and manage digital campaigns across website, SEO, email, LinkedIn, paid ads and retargeting.
• Create marketing assets such as blogs, service pages, case studies, pitch decks, brochures and sales collateral.
• Collaborate with sales to convert marketing‑qualified leads into discovery calls, demos and client conversations.
• Conduct market and competitor research on virtual staffing, medical virtual assistants, billing support and related services.
• Track performance metrics (lead sources, conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI) and report results.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, health‑tech, medical billing, outsourcing or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare practice operations and decision‑maker buying behavior.
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to produce compliant, privacy‑aware content.
• Experience working on‑site in Islamabad and availability during EST‑aligned hours (5:30 PM‑2:30 AM PKT).
