Marketing Manager – Brand & Digital Campaign Lead

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand and digital initiatives. You will shape marketing campaigns, manage our social media presence, and support lead generation while collaborating closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms and overall online presence.
• Coordinate content creation and promotional activities across digital channels.
• Work with management on branding strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Support business development and lead generation efforts.
• Assist in organizing events, seminars and marketing activations.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, creativity and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
