Marketing Manager – Healthcare B2B Services

About the role

Health & Virtuals is building a dedicated marketing function to promote its virtual staffing and back‑office services for US healthcare practices. The Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution, focusing on B2B lead generation, brand positioning, and compliant communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns targeting physician‑owned practices, administrators and operations leaders.
• Develop content direction, website and landing‑page messaging, and sales‑enablement materials.
• Manage CRM‑driven lead tracking, reporting and coordination with the sales team.
• Conduct market research, define acquisition and retention strategies, and manage marketing budgets.
• Evaluate website and campaign assets, and collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, finance and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset.
• Deep understanding of US healthcare practice operations and buying behavior of physician‑owners and administrators.
• Comfortable working EST‑aligned hours and collaborating with US‑facing teams.
• Ability to translate practice pain points into compelling positioning and qualified leads.
