Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the end‑to‑end marketing execution for a Chicago‑based accounting firm, operating from our Lahore office. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving education‑based campaigns and maintaining a consistent digital presence for small‑ and medium‑size business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and send monthly newsletters, tax alerts and client communications; build and segment email lists; manage Mailchimp/HubSpot/Constant Contact and monitor performance metrics.
• Own the firm’s LinkedIn strategy, create a content calendar, publish posts and engage followers; manage Facebook, Instagram and YouTube with platform‑specific content.
• Maintain and grow the WordPress website, perform on‑page SEO (keyword research, meta descriptions, internal linking) and ensure technical hygiene.
• Maintain visual identity and brand voice; produce blog posts, case studies, client guides and a library of approved templates.
• Track KPIs such as email engagement, social reach, website traffic and lead generation; deliver a monthly marketing dashboard to leadership.
• Plan and execute webinars or virtual events and coordinate cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, especially in email and social media.
• Excellent English writing ability to simplify complex topics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple deliverables.
