Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence and support business growth in Islamabad. The role involves planning campaigns, managing digital channels and collaborating closely with senior management on branding and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage the company’s social‑media accounts and overall online presence.
• Coordinate content creation and promotional activities across digital channels.
• Partner with management on branding strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Support business‑development and lead‑generation efforts.
• Assist in organising events, seminars and marketing activations.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social‑media management or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of social‑media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, creativity and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable appearing in Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and other promotional content.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
