Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead Chery Master Pakistan’s brand building and lead generation efforts across both digital and traditional channels. Based in Karachi, you will work closely with sales, dealerships and product teams to translate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive vehicle sales.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and digital advertising initiatives.
• Coordinate traditional advertising, promotional events and dealership marketing activities.
• Oversee content creation for campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to produce high‑quality marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign results using analytics tools and optimise future initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in automotive or fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of brand management, lead generation and multi‑channel promotion.
• Ability to analyse market data and present clear insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated project‑management capability, including budget handling and agency coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
