Marketing Manager (Pakistan)

About the role

JA Solar Technology is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated online and offline marketing activities in Pakistan. The role supports the local sales team, drives lead conversion, and ensures the localized execution of global brand strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns tailored to the Pakistani market.
• Coordinate and manage exhibition activities, from concept to on‑site execution.
• Provide market intelligence on policies, competitors, and customer needs.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the China headquarters and the Pakistan region.
• Support the sales team with customer development and lead conversion initiatives.

Required profile

• Pakistani national with a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Electrical Engineering, New Energy or related fields.
• 2‑5 years of marketing promotion experience in the PV, new energy or power industry.
• Familiarity with the local PV market, channel resources, and policy environment.
• Fluent in Urdu (native) and English (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to reside permanently in a major Pakistani city.
