Marketing Manager – Sales & Brand Growth

About the role

The Catalyst Group is recruiting for One Skin, a fast‑growing skincare brand, for a Marketing Manager – Sales & Brand Growth reporting directly to the CEO. The role will own brand building, performance marketing and new‑product launches to drive sustainable revenue and strengthen brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with sales and growth targets, using customer, market and competitor insights.
• Lead paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and other digital channels, optimizing ROAS, CAC and conversion rates.
• Manage brand‑building initiatives across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging.
• Oversee social‑media, content, influencer and CRM programs to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
• Support new‑product development from concept through launch, including go‑to‑market planning.
• Drive sales growth across e‑commerce, modern trade, key accounts and pharmacies, developing channel‑specific initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships and KPI reporting, using data‑led decision‑making.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and brand management.
• Strong analytical, commercial and execution capabilities.
• Effective leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on, growth‑oriented mindset with results‑driven approach.
