Marketing Operations Specialist - Direct Response (GoHighLevel / ActiveCampaign)

About the role

Marriage Reset is an online coaching company that helps married men repair their marriages, growing its business mainly through paid Meta, Google and YouTube ads that lead to a video sales letter and a booked call. Its paid marketing team is led by the Head of Growth and needs one full-time person to run the operations underneath: the weekly numbers, the project system, the ad checklist, the landing page and email builds, and the group of video editors. This is a new seat, and part of the job is working out how the role should run.

Key responsibilities

• Weekly marketing dashboard and Monday report covering spend, cost per call, opt-in rate, ROAS, win rate per writer, ads launched and reconciled across ad platforms, Hyros and the CRM, plus a monthly summary by funnel stage
• Maintain the ClickUp workspace (production pipeline, statuses, dashboards, templates, intake from Slack) and write procedures and naming conventions; keep an asset library well organised
• Run a compliance and QA checklist on every ad and email, and keep a launch log
• Build landing page variants and funnel pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels, and email sequences and automations in ActiveCampaign, including split tests
• Manage the editor pool: weekly meeting, brief flow, turnaround and revision targets, onboarding, applicant screening and the bonus scheme
• Keep deliverables and deadlines visible, book recording sessions, run the meeting calendar, onboard new starters and manage tool access and subscriptions
• Automate repeatable work using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and similar AI tools

Required profile

• 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign operations or funnel-building, ideally in an online coaching, course or direct-response business or an agency serving them
• Experience building and maintaining a ClickUp workspace (or Asana, Monday or Notion) that others rely on
• Experience coordinating freelancers or a small creative team to deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a preference for being slightly late than sending something with a mistake
• Native-level written English, able to spot spelling errors in edited videos and write procedures and reports
• Ability to work core hours in a European or Dubai time zone, fully remote
