Marketing Team Lead – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to drive growth for our financial services client in Lahore. The role combines marketing leadership with deep involvement in SME financing, credit proposal preparation and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business for lease finance, term loans and mortgage finance, focusing on the SME sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for senior management, the Credit Committee, CEO and Board of Directors.
• Manage and retain the existing customer portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and compliance.
• Follow up on insurance renewals, KIBOR differentials, annual reviews and other compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits to stay informed about client businesses and industry trends.
• Prepare industry analysis reports and market insights for management.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets related to disbursement, recovery and compliance.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, banking, leasing or SME financing.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, credit proposal preparation and portfolio management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Financial modelling.
