About the role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Team Member to join our manufacturing company in Sialkot. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting daily marketing activities and helping to promote our medical instrument products.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing and executing promotional plans and campaigns.
- Prepare marketing materials, track campaign performance and report results.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and support product promotion.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience or knowledge in market research and marketing strategy.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; experience in manufacturing or medical instruments is a plus.
