Mass Seller KAM – Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a Mass Seller KAM to manage and grow a portfolio of mass sellers on the Daraz marketplace. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding sellers on product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and advertising to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new mass sellers and develop long‑term partnership plans.
• Provide strategic guidance on listings, pricing, promotions, inventory management and product ads.
• Monitor seller KPIs such as fulfillment rate, cancellation rate and GMV growth, and create action plans to improve performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and category teams to secure promotional support and resolve operational issues.
• Identify market trends and seller pain points, and relay actionable feedback to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 1 + years experience in account management, e‑commerce operations, sales or business development, preferably in a marketplace environment.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce fundamentals, digital marketing and basic supply‑chain concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
• High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team.
