Medical Billing Sales Executive

About the role

Virtuality Developers is seeking a proactive Medical Billing Sales Executive to drive new business in the healthcare sector. Based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, you will work on‑site to identify opportunities, present our revenue cycle management solutions, and build lasting relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners and therapists.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through market research and outreach.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings and deliver tailored presentations to healthcare providers.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Experience in the US healthcare industry is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
