Medical Sales Officer

About the role

The Medical Sales Officer role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Islamabad, Pakistan. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new customers in the medical sector, managing existing accounts, and promoting Sharif Oxygen’s portfolio of medical gases and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback and contribute to sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing skills with experience in the healthcare market.
• Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting within medical and healthcare segments.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in sales operations, order coordination, reporting and pipeline management.
• Understanding of medical gases or healthcare products; prior experience in the medical or industrial gases industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site, conduct regular field visits and manage time and territory efficiently.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
