Meta Ads Campaign & Sales Specialist – Full-Time Onsite

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Meta Ads Campaign & Sales Specialist to design, launch and optimise high‑performing Facebook and Instagram advertising programmes. The role focuses on generating leads, driving sales and supporting overall business growth through data‑informed strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Develop audience strategies using Custom, Lookalike and Retargeting audiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates, adjusting tactics to maximise ROI.
• Write and test ad copy, select placements and define campaign objectives.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API and other conversion‑tracking mechanisms.
• Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay current with Meta platform updates, advertising trends and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta ads and social‑media marketing.
• Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus.
• Proven track record with international campaigns (e.g., USA, UK or other global markets).
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site at the Lahore office.
