Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & TikTok)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. The role focuses on lead generation and e‑commerce advertising, using data analytics and AI‑powered tools to deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage full‑funnel campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Develop audience segments, custom and look‑alike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
• Monitor daily performance and optimise for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, CTR and CVR.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages and audience groups.
• Utilise AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Meta Advantage+) for copy generation, creative ideation and reporting automation.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, UTM tracking and conversion events.
• Analyse results in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and GA4, and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to create high‑performing ad creatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record in lead generation and e‑commerce performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
