Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

About the role

AccSoft Group, a Microsoft Solutions Partner specialising in ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Cloud and digital transformation, is hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant for its consulting team in Karachi. The role requires strong functional expertise in finance and supply chain processes and hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, support and business process optimisation. Working hours are US Pacific Time (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST), which means night shifts in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments and prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows and functional documentation
• Configure and support D365 F&O modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Sales, Project Management and Manufacturing
• Troubleshoot functional issues, recommend enhancements and process improvements
• Take part in implementation, configuration and enhancement projects, including data migration, master data validation and system integrations
• Support deployment, cutover and post-go-live support
• Prepare test scripts, support UAT, develop user manuals and deliver end-user training

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or a related field
• Proven experience implementing and supporting D365 F&O
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing and data migration
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams
• Willingness to work US Pacific Time hours, including night shifts in Pakistan

Required skills

• Hands-on ERP configuration, implementation and support
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate is an advantage
