Mid-Level SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Mid‑Level SEO Specialist to own and scale InsureMart’s organic search presence. You will help capture high‑intent traffic for our digital insurance products and position the brand as the top authority in the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute keyword, content and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, conversions and market share.
• Perform regular site audits to improve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability and schema markup for a complex comparison platform.
• Optimize high‑intent landing pages (auto, health, travel, bike insurance) for organic conversion rate optimization.
• Identify high‑volume and long‑tail keyword opportunities across the insurance buyer journey and collaborate with writers on educational articles and buying guides.
• Lead scalable link‑building, digital PR and brand‑mention campaigns with reputable tech, financial and news outlets.
• Track, analyze and report organic performance (rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions) using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush and custom dashboards.
• Monitor competitor SERP movements, market trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of ranking competitive financial, fintech or e‑commerce sites.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts such as crawl budgets, XML sitemaps, canonicals, schema.org and JavaScript rendering.
• Ability to work closely with product, tech and marketing teams in a fast‑growing digital environment.
