Mid-Senior SEO Specialist (Onsite)

About the role

Elits Digital Media is seeking a proactive Mid‑Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO initiatives for multiple client accounts. The role is onsite in Gujrat and requires independent project management while collaborating closely with senior team members. You will drive organic growth through comprehensive keyword research, on‑page and technical optimisation, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis and competitor audits to uncover SEO opportunities.
• Develop and implement on‑page optimisation, including meta titles, descriptions, heading structures, internal linking, image optimisation, URL tweaks and schema markup.
• Perform technical SEO audits, identify crawl errors, broken links, redirect issues, indexing problems and Core Web Vitals concerns, and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Prepare SEO content briefs, optimise website copy and blog posts, and work with writers to ensure keyword alignment while using AI tools responsibly.
• Manage local SEO efforts, maintain Google Business Profile listings and ensure NAP consistency across citations.
• Assist with backlink acquisition, outreach campaigns and analyse existing backlink profiles for improvement.
• Track keyword rankings, monitor Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data, and produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Participate in client meetings, collaborate with design, development and content teams, and communicate project updates, risks and blockers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with SEO best‑practice SOPs and documentation standards.
