About the role

Touchstone Communications is looking for motivated, results-driven Customer Sales Associates to join its Mortgage Campaign team. The role involves handling high-volume cold calls, engaging potential customers and driving sales in line with company policies and targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective customers.
• Present mortgage products and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain a quality score of 95% or above on all interactions.
• Keep accurate documentation and comply with company policies.
• Show professionalism and a customer-centric approach in all communications.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a mortgage campaign or similar sales role.
• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
