Multi-Skilled Electrician

About the role

Solution Facilities Management & Constructions, a provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad region, is hiring a full-time, on-site Multi-Skilled Electrician based in Islamabad. The role covers electrical installation, maintenance and repair across commercial and residential facilities, including wiring, lighting, panels and power distribution systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance and repair work, including wiring, lighting, panels and power distribution systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, and carry out routine inspections.
• Test systems for safety and compliance and maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Support MEP operations, coordinate with other technical teams and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures, and communicate work progress clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant technical diploma, trade certification or apprenticeship in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in facilities management, construction or building services is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, respond to emergencies and comply with health and safety procedures.

Required skills

• Practical electrical installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, including wiring, circuits, panels and lighting systems.
• Knowledge of MEP concepts and basic understanding of mechanical and plumbing interfaces.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety standards and best practices.
• Experience using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Good problem-solving, attention to detail and effective communication with supervisors, team members and clients.
