Multiple SEO Roles – Manager, Team Lead, Specialist, Outreach

About the role

Software Finder is expanding its semantic‑first SEO team and is hiring for several positions ranging from SEO Manager to Outreach Specialist. All roles are based in Lahore and focus on driving sustainable organic growth for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute semantic‑first SEO strategies across content, technical, and off‑page channels.
• Lead and mentor junior SEO team members, ensuring alignment with search intent and topical authority.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, Development, and Outreach teams to integrate SEO into user journeys.
• Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and translate data into actionable plans.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, topic mapping, and implement technical fixes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience for Manager roles; 3‑5 years for Team Lead and Specialist roles.
• Proven expertise in semantic SEO, topical clustering, and entity‑based optimization.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication abilities.
