National Sales Manager - Innoline

About the role

The company is looking for a results-driven National Sales Manager for its Innoline business, which sells clinical chemistry reagents. The role leads the national sales effort across Pakistan, manages distributor relationships, strengthens business performance and takes full accountability for the portfolio's Profit & Loss (P&L).

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Innoline sales team to achieve national sales targets and business objectives.
• Build strong distributor relationships, monitor business performance and drive distributor productivity and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and deliver Innoline sales targets across Pakistan.
• Take full accountability for the P&L, including sales performance and revenue growth, recovery and collections, profitability and margins, and credit limit management.
• Lead and coordinate the national sales team, including the South region and the planned Rawalpindi position.
• Monitor territory-wise performance, identify business opportunities and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership, distributor management and national or regional business operations.
• 8-10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
