National Sales Manager – Luxury Architectural Surfaces

About the role

We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to drive the commercial strategy of a premium architectural surfaces business across Pakistan. You will lead a specification‑driven B2B sales model, building strong relationships with architects, designers and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national commercial strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Lead B2B specification sales by cultivating relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and key decision‑makers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high‑value residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects from specification through execution.
• Strengthen the company’s presence within Pakistan’s Architecture & Design community.
• Oversee the flagship experience centre to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a high‑performing specification sales team.
• Monitor commercial performance through pipeline management, project conversion, account retention and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long‑term commercial strategies.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of progressive leadership experience in the Building Materials industry.
• Proven track record in B2B project sales, specification sales and commercial leadership.
• Experience managing premium residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use projects from specification through execution.
• Strong professional network with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and fit‑out contractors across Pakistan.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design or related field.
