National Sales Manager - Neuro & Spine Surgical Equipment

About the role

The company is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead the national sales strategy for Neuro and Spine surgical medical equipment. The role drives revenue growth, expands market share and builds a high-performing sales organisation that partners with hospitals, surgeons and care teams to improve patient outcomes. The position is based in Karachi and requires on-site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Develop and train a high-performing national sales team
• Lead territory planning, forecasting and account management
• Maintain relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital administrators
• Provide clinical and product support, trainings and presentations
• Monitor competition and collaborate with Marketing on product launches
• Manage inventory and back-orders and ensure high-level customer service
• Travel within the designated territory up to 25-50% as required

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Pharm-D or a related field
• 10+ years in healthcare sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in medical equipment sales (Neuro, Spine; orthopedic experience is a plus)
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50%
• Strategic, data-driven leader with strong negotiation and communication skills, able to work in hospital/OR settings and compliant with regulatory requirements

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Creating clinical and product demonstration and training materials
• Developing territory plans, forecasts and dashboards in Excel
• Bonus: experience in Neuro and Spine sales, orthopedic product knowledge, team leadership and training experience, hospital procurement and contracting exposure
