Hayyat Lahore is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to lead its reception team. The role involves managing front‑desk operations, greeting guests warmly, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests promptly upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Answer telephone calls and manage email communications professionally.
• Perform accurate data entry for guest registration, reservations, and billing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Supervise and lead a team of five front‑desk staff, providing guidance and support.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures following hotel policies.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and clean front‑desk area to present a professional image.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to optimise occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations at the front desk.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and team performance.
• Train new front‑desk employees and support continuous development of the team.
• Manage cash transactions and reconcile receipts according to hotel standards.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
